I am thankful I will get to see Faith and FX tomorrow (and Ann and Carol).

I am grateful for cocoa in the garden with my grandsons on a Saturday morning. I am grateful for wonderful students going off for new adventures. I am grateful for a quiet evening in the canyon watching Harry and Tonto with new and old friends. I am grateful I don’t have to set the clock to get up tomorrow.
I am grateful for two wonderful grandsons who enjoyed the tide pools at Cabrillo National Monument and bowling tonight. (Who me, tired?)
I am grateful for my wonderful son-in-law, Peter, and daughter-in-law, Ashley. Today is Melody’s and Peter’s anniversary and Dale’s and Ashley’s was on the 19th. I am grateful I can sleep in a little tomorrow. I am grateful for the news today that brings us closer to all loving couples being equal.
Today would be my 35th wedding anniversary with my late hubby, Fred. I am grateful for the years and wonderful kids and grand kids that resulted. I am grateful that grandson FX is getting better from his pneumonia and that I will get to see him and his sister soon. I am also grateful for all the no spray (I am not certified organic) veggies in my garden.
I am grateful for a new friend who is an artist and a writer.

I am grateful that medical test is over and all is fine. I am grateful I was able to just kick back for the rest of the day. I am grateful for the time I got to spend with my daughter, Melody.I am grateful for fresh veggies from the garden and that last piece of birthday cake.
I am grateful for the wonderful birthday wishes and memories of the past from friends, family, students, alums (and those that are combinations thereof!) I am grateful for a wee bit of chocolate and beautiful weather, and a home and garden to relax in.
