I am grateful for another beautiful day in San Diego, for the birds on my deck, the veggies in my garden and the graceful succulents in my labyrinth.
I am grateful for a day of writing committee letters. I am grateful for the opportunity to graze on pea pods in the garden along with ripe tomato and zucchini.
I am grateful for a lovely weekend in the mountains. I am grateful for the joy of seeing 10 species of birds in ten minutes, beautiful pines and wildflowers, mountain and desert views. I am grateful for an energizing hike, good friends, good food. I am grateful to be home with my garden. What a beautiful day! I am grateful for the memory of my dad and late hubby on this Father’s Day.

I am grateful for time at Tassajara and Big Sur (Deetjens). I am grateful for my family, my writing friends, my thinking friends, my music friends, my healer friends, my Facebook friends, my hiking friends, my Buddhist friends, my out-to-save-the-planet friends (most of whom are various multiples of the above). Loved the positive feedback during my poetry workshop and writing group. Love the beautiful poems and writing shared with me.
