I am grateful for the opportunity to listen to a wonderful author (Sallie Lowenstein) read from her work. I am grateful I can sleep in tomorrow before doing my memoir homework at the last minute as I tell my students not to do! I am grateful that I had enough energy to go to the reading tonight.
